    How to export users and projects

    Hi,
    I have 2 hirebee sites with the freelancerr child theme. 1 prod and 1 development. the prod site is live and people are using it. We are preparing a new version of the site with lots of improvements. When it's done, I would like to export the users and projects from Prod and import in dev for proper testing and to have everything in dev to go live with the new version. How can I do that?
