Language pack woes

Hello,

I am new to HireBee and would like to install a language pack. I've followed these instructions (https://www.appthemes.com/support/languages/) and so far have not been successful. Could someone provide detailed instructions or advice for completing this task?

I have even opened the packs with Poedit. I suspect that I'm storing them on the server incorrectly or not referencing them right.

Any and all help is appreciated.
