Membership fee and additional user types

While every user falls under either an employer or a freelancer, there is a sub-section of "employeer" that i need to be able to charge a membership fee to. In other words. I don't want to charge a membership fee to everyone, only select people that i choose, and be able to choose different membership fee amounts based on that user. this is all in addition to them having to pay a set fee per post, and the ESCROW. basically i need all three options to all work together.

example:
EMPLOYERS:
Package 1:
employer 1, pays $99/yr, Plus $10.00 a post, Plus 10% ESCROW
employer 2, pays $99/yr, Plus $10.00 a post, Plus 10% ESCROW
employer 3, pays $99/yr, Plus $10.00 a post, Plus 10% ESCROW

Package 2:
employer 4, pays $0 for 6 months then $99/yr, Plus $10.00 a post, Plus 10% ESCROW
employer 5, pays $0 for 6 months then $99/yr, Plus $10.00 a post, Plus 10% ESCROW
employer 6, pays $0 for 6 months then $99/yr, Plus $10.00 a post, Plus 10% ESCROW

Package 3:
employer 7, pays $0 for 12 months, Plus $10.00 a post, Plus 10% ESCROW
employer 8, pays $0 for 12 months, Plus $10.00 a post, Plus 10% ESCROW
employer 9, pays $0 for 12 months, Plus $10.00 a post, Plus 10% ESCROW

NOTE: have the ability to change the membership fee per year to per month, as well as move "employers" into and out of packages.
the Numbers i used are just examples. obviously you have already built in the "x" per post and "x" per ESCROW percentage. so really i just need that membership thing added.

is there a membership plug in or something that i can use to make this happen?
