    Notification mentioning the administrator's user when a proposal is updated

    When a proposal is updated by a freelancer, when a notification is sent to him, it should not mention that the administrator's user was notified about it.
    Instead of it, it should only notify that the proposal was successfully updated and resent for approval.
    How to fix that?
