Parallel payment

I setup the site as "instant" delayed payment. But when I test live Adaptive app, I found only the site owner received money and the freelancer not. This is not what I am expecting. I want the site owner and the freelancer split the money real time.

Should I use Parallel payment instead of delayed in this case? And Hirebee should work with Parallel payment, correct?
