Project marked "completed" but freelancer doesn't receive funds.
So the first 2 live projects have went through the system seem to have the problem as being marked as completed when the client releases the funds however the freelancer doesn't recieve the funds though they have been successfully transfered to paypal and the time has been under 60 days. In paypal it shows that the orignal funds transfer into the escrow can still be refunded.
