Public E-mail issue (private email = public email)

I am using hirebee theme its working fine . but i am facing one major problem regarding public e-mail that is

1) How to remove Public Email as required field (for posting project / bidding on project etc) for both employer / freelancer or

1) How can I automatically copy the private mail to public mail during registration itself so that there is no need to add public email again.

Please confirm the template to modify for these.
