    Public Email address updated - Fatal error

    On occasion when updating a User Profile's public email address, I receive this fatal error message:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_user() (previously declared in /home/brogdog/public_html/bakerbid.com.au/wp-admin/includes/user.php:17) in /home/brogdog/public_html/bakerbid.com.au/wp-admin/includes/user.php on line 18
