Replace project payment amount with budget amount

Hi,

Is there a way to modify the payment amount when creating a new project and replace it with the project budget amount instead?

The idea is for the Employer to pay the project budget amount when they post a new job to ensure Freelancer will get paid(from the platform) after job is completed.

Please let me know which code change is required, or at least the 'add_action' for the project payment and the variable to get the project budget amount.
