    My sandbox paypal is work in my website but live paypal is not work.

    Hello

    My sandbox paypal is work in my website but live paypal is not work. i obtains this log error :
    Escrow Order Created
    Added user 'freelancer' with email ' receiver
    The following error ocurred while trying to make the pay request: "User is not allowed to perform this action"

    I put user 'freelancer' with email 'contact@allkers.com' but is not work. Why ?
