    Users unable to log in - incorrect password message

    When I create a test user, the user is not able to log in - they get the following error:

    ERROR: The password you entered for the username webfocus is incorrect. Lost your password?

    The reset password does not also work, with an error that the key does not appear to be valid.

    The only way is to log in as admin, go to wp-admin users, then edit the user and change the password again.

    Kindly assist
