    Very Basic Qs

    Hello:

    I am a bit embarrassed about posting such basic Qs, but here goes.

    1. Why are there two zip files hirebee-dev.zip and hirebee-1.3.7.zip?
    2. When I try to upload my zip files (either of the above) to Wordpress.org i get an error saying i need to put tags in my style.css, but there is no way to do this.
