Work around if escrow is diabled
Ok,let's face it escrow feature is almost unusable right now. Balanced Payments being rejecting freelancer sites and PayPal having you responsible for refunds and charge backs. Also, PayPal does not allow to receive payments in many countries where most of freelancers are, only allowing them to send payments. I also understand it's impossible to charge a commission from a project if escrow is not used. Correct me if I am wrong. It would be great if HireBee had an capability to hold funds on user's account w/o having paypal involved, but that is not doable even soon.
So, I am proposing an easy work around. Still use %/flat fee setting from the escrow settings and pay the site at the same time as Employer pays Freelancer. Again, escrow is not used, but at least a % commission could be charged because otherwise the site owner only monetizes from the project plans, which are not tight to the project amount at all.
