    adding images using ad space widgets in wp admin

    i have an image url of http://www.startups.co.uk/6678842909...=180&croph=180

    could somebody show how to enter this so it appears in my sidebar

    the example text of how to add a picture confuses me ( URL|Image URL|Image Alt Text|rel )
