    Adding new page with different template

    Hi

    I was trying to change only the terms and conditions page deleting these options
    theme1.jpg
    to make it looks like this
    theme2.jpg

    there is no option to make it look like that adding a new page because new added or existing pages they all have the same template.
    any suggestions how can i do that?
