Database question

Hi all,

So I was digging around in my WP-DBManager and saw this:

wp_jr_counter_daily 84,080 (Records) 1.2 MiB (Data Usage) 11.8 MiB (Index Usage) 0 bytes (Overhead)

If I understand this correctly, that's 84k records for the daily view counter on job listings right? Any SQL experts out there know if this is slowing down my site? With FXtender's ability to track job applications I'm not sure this counter is necessary.
