    Defer parsing JavaScript to reduce blocking of page rendering

    Hi,

    I have done a speed test on my webpage and it says KiB of JavaScript is parsed during initial page load. Defer parsing JavaScript to reduce blocking of page rendering.




    I have no idea what to do- its all related to the Jobroller and Jobright themes I'm using. Please help.
