Edge Browser and Job Description mandatory field on Submit a Job form

Hi,

I've come across a problem with the mandatory Job Description field on the Submit a Job form when using Microsoft Edge browser (v 40.15063.0.0 on Windows 10) or Internet Explorer (v 11.608.15063.0).

When the job description field has text in it, and clicking on the Next button, it throws the error "This field is required" even though it's populated. If you click on Next again it goes through okay. I've tried using 2 different PC's with same results. The form works okay on other browsers (although only tested on Chrome and Edge).

On a side note, while I was looking into this I noticed a typo in the file \includes\forms\submit-job\submit-job-form.php...
line 50 - "Select a a job type" has two 'a's.

Would appreciate some help resolving the mandatory field issue please.
