    website/theme not loading up fast

    Hello,

    My website/jobroller loads slow. I approach my host, they said its due to the theme.

    When I tried using a blog theme, its load fast but when switch back to jobroller its quite slow.

    Will buying a child theme resolve this or can I get a help from here??
