    Email alerts not working

    Hello,
    I bought the template Jobroller and I'm using this template on wordpress.
    I have a problem with the EMAIL - ALERTS.
    None of my subscribers receive email alerts but the TEST EMAIL works fine.
    I've already read all the threads on the forum relating to e-mail alerts, but I never found any definitive answer.
    I disabled all plugins but the problem still exists.
    My users set their newsletter but did not receive any alerts.
    What might be? And 'possible to manually set up a CRON JOB on the server that hosts my site?
    My customers pay to receive email alerts and the service does not work.
