    Email alerts are not working

    I have problem in job alert functionality. when i check mail using "Send Test Email" i didn't received any email and contact form was also not working.
    attached screenshot of the page

    can anyone help me whats wrong with Job alerts functionality and contact form ?

    i have tried disabling all the plugins.

    i am using windows dedicated server hosting

    Waiting for reply ASAP.
