Explenation of packages please
Hi there,
I have a few problems, but most of them i can fix myself i hope. if needed i will make a thread about that later.
There are some things i dont understand with the packages.
1. A customer is only allowed to buy a package while he is submitting a job, is that right? meaning he cant purchase say like... a package with 20 credits and then post a job.
2. I dont really understand how the packages work. I did a test:
I made a package with 5 credits, costing $0. Made a fake testing account and purchased the package which was obviously free. I made a job, but then again it says i can buy packages, also i cannot see anywhere how much credits i have got left.
Basiccally, I would like an explenation how packages work. Thanks in advance.
