    Trying to upgrade to "Developer"

    Hello,

    I don't know if this is the right place to post this question but I'm trying to upgrade to "Developer" (from my normal licences) and it's not working.

    If you can forward this to an admin, please tell them to send me another code which works so I can upgrade to "Developer".
