Featured Ads not working

I upgrade to version 1.7 of Jobroller but my featured jobs are not listing, when i run a test ad for a single job that is $50 and tick the "Feature on Homepage" box which is $10 the payment page doesn't make the total $60 it just keeps it as $50 and then doesn't feature the featured ad. I then go into the job and mark the category as featured from the back end but this still doesn't make it work.

Any help would be great.
