    Footer Widgets

    So i've come back to jobroller after a break for a while, and i've loads of problems whilst updating wordpress and plugins etc.
    One of the last issues is the footer widgets. Originally jobroller had no footer widgets, and using a child theme I had added a 4 column footer widget area. Now jobroller has a 3 column footer widget area, and there is therefore a clash. Is there a way to switch of the jobroller footer area, then i stick with the ones i created in the child theme.

    This is also an issue for the Simplux child theme.
