    How to allow job poster to post more than 1 free job

    my site is yachtingjobs.com
    i want to offer free postings for 7 days and paid for longer or featured.
    i have registered as company yachthcfs.com and posted a free advert.
    now wehn i log into admin thru back end and try adding a job for this employer myself i cant select authir as job ;lister.
    how can i allow some employers to post free jobs but not everyone
