    How to get the filter bar before featured job listings?

    Another "small" problem:

    I would like to see the filter bar for job types before featured job listings. Because does it appear after featured jobs it's getting deeper and deeper with each featured listing and one day no one will be able to find it anymore for usage.

    Now I have searched some files already and found the filter bar in index.php. But I cannot find the entry for featured listings anywhere. Where is it?
