    How to make header menu fixed, so it remains at top of page when scrolling?

    When users scroll down, I want my header menu to remain at the top of the page, essentially following them as they scroll.

    Here is an example of what I'm trying to do: http://youneedfat.com/fixed-header-wordpress/

    I think I need to edit CSS?
