    How to make jobseekers pay to apply for a job?

    Hi,

    I was wondering if there is a way to alter the resume subscription plan so that everyone can view resumes,but jobseekers cannot apply for a job without an active resume subscription?
    Is there was way to do this?I have tried contacting the appthemese certified partners to do this mod but I have not gotten a response.
