Apply Online Button Question(s): Option to Redirect to URL & Make Optional

I have several questions regarding customizing the functionality of the "Apply Online" button:

1) Is there a way to make the "Apply Online" button redirect to another URL, i.e. the job posters online application?
In many cases, posters want the button to redirect to their own website for folks to apply

2) Is there a way to make the "Apply Online" button optional for job posters? Like an option for the job poster to turn it on/off.
A lot of job posters don't want to receive emails. I don't want to completely remove the button since some employers do.

3) Is there a way allow job posters to use a different email address for the "Apply Online" button to route to?
I understand the default addy is the email they registered with, but in many cases, job posters don't want their email bombarded with aps and actually have a designated inbox for apps.
