    Installing foreign language in JobRoller

    Hi, I need help in installing foreign language in default english JR site.
    Went according forum whishes but cannot find (WP-CONTENT) ect ect
    According to forum moderaters I need to do the following ////// /wp-content/themes/jobroller/ Created a folder /languages and put the language files in there !///// So where is the wp-content??? When I go to appearence to the editor there nothing. Tried Top Commanders and ran into a brick wall.So at the moment I need simple methods.
