Job alerts form page separate from dashboard. How?

    Hi,
    I bought the template Jobpress.
I would like to turn the page ALERTS within the Dashboard page in its own right. Let me explain.
I wish I could have a page (eg www.mysite.it / jobalertsform.php) completely separate from the Dashboard. At the same time, however, I would like that users can edit their "alerts" always within the Dashboard.
Someone help me understand how to do?
    thanks
