    Job Category vs Resume Category

    Hi I am setting my first JobRoller site at www.jobscentral.ch but I am kind of lost on the concept between Job Category and Resume Category.

    Shouldnt they be the same listings?

    Is Job Category = Industry
    And Job Type the descruption of the position like= IT Consultant?

    Thanks for your comments on this (if possible with examples so I can get it)
