    Jobroller confusing for candidates

Sorry, I posted this in the general discussion section by mistake, so I am copying it here...

Hi. My candidates are finding using jobroller very confusing, so I wonder if there is any way I can alter/customise it to the following.

    1. In the UK, it is a big no-no to upload your photo with your resume. My candidates are clicking on the photo upload thinking that this is where they should upload their resume, then, of course, it doesn't work. How can I remove the photo option from the site?

    2. It is very confusing for the users to "create their resume" then not have the option to upload their own resume on the same page. It is very "clunky" to then have to go back into the dashboard and most candidates don't realise this, so it is a very awkward user experience.

    3. Instead of the user having to type out their 'education' and 'experience', can I remove these options and just get them to upload their own resume instead? This would prevent most users from giving up as the sign up process is too lengthy and competing job boards are therefore getting my business.

    4. All I want is for my new candidate to register their name, skills and then upload their own resume so that they can start applying for jobs immediately. I also want the recruiter who searches for them to be able to download the candidate's resume easily so that they can print it out for their records - and then in turn call the candidate to offer them an interview

    5. The most successful job boards work by the following...Register name - fill in contact details - upload your resume - begin searching and applying for jobs.
For the recruiter - search for candidates using key words and postcodes, view resumes (not lengthy forms), download the resumes you would like.

    6. How do I change the word resume for CV? I did try this before, but it didn't work correctly.

    7. I have the indeed feed coming into my searches, but it says "no jobs found" and "sponsored listings" - how do I remove these headings?

    8. Is there any way that when the user clicks onto one of the indeed listings, they can stay on my site rather than a separate page opening up for the indeed listings?

    I hope you can help!

    Many thanks
