    How to get candidates for job?

    If a job is posted, how can we get candidates on our site so that they may apply to jobs.

    Job listers are asking for money back as job seekers not applying to their jobs.

    US is big. For each city how to get candidates and job seekers to register with our site?

    Does any one know this?
