    JobRoller Setup - 2 Quick Questions

    Hi, I just setup this theme - www.buildcharlotte.com. Here are my questions:

    (1) The "submit a job" button leads to a must login page, instead of the create account page (start of the job posting process). How do I change this? Ex - http://www.buildcharlotte.com/submit/

    (2) When an employer signs up, it is redirecting them to a wordpress login admin section instead of the employer dashboard/account side. How do I correct this?
