JobRoller Setup Issues and Integration

I am using the latest version of JobRoller and the latest version of wordpress with no plugins at all activated. My host is RackSpace, one of the best hosting companies, if not the best.

Here are the issues I am having at the moment:
1) Indeed is not being imported. It is set to import as published. I have added my publish ID for indeed.com and have created code to import one job type to one category for all countries and contact options (full time, part time etc). The issue is that ZERO jobs have been imported. The code has been added below that I have used:

2) Default user role seems to be "contributor". Is this required? We would like to have subscribers who are neither job listers or employers, but would be emailed by the subscribe2 plugin we use and emailed about new jobs that are listed. The problem is that most plugins will use the subscriber role, so if the role is changed, we may have to manually edit all plugins we use to use contributor instead which is less than ideal.

I have attached images of all my settings so that you can see them first hand. Ok, fine, I am not adding them as you only allow a max size of 280 high. If I edited the images to that, it would be so small you would not be able to see any of the settings.

If you would like these images, please let me know how I can send them to you. Even zipped, they are too large to upload to your forum.

I will likely have further questions or issues when the theme has managed to get up and running.
