Jobroller user logs in to a blank page
Our website is
http://cocokids.org/job-listings. It is a Multisite and we are using Wordpress 3.7.1.
When a user logs in, he or she is directed to a blank white page.
We can confirm that a Login page was created upon installing the theme. The slug is /login. We can also confirm that the error occurs in every browser on a Mac or PC.
Please visit our site, register as an employer, job seeker, or recruiter, log out, and then log back in again. You will see the issue.

We viewed the errors on the blank white login page. We discovered conflicts with the UberMenu plugin (see below). However, when we disabled the plugin, we still get the blank white page.
The errors are as follows (username is a fictitious user)...
