Manually Add Resumes from the WP Admin Dashboard

Hi,

I would like to manually add resumes to the database through the WordPress Admin Dashboard. When I log in as an Admin and click on the Resume section and select Add New, the form looks much different than the one a user uses. I don't see the sections available for skills, education, etc. How can I make this form look like the one that a user sees? In addition, I also purchased the FXtender plugin that allows for a resume upload. I don't see that option on this page either.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
