Map to return locality and City Instead of CIty and Country

Hi,
I would want my map to return locality and City instead of just City and Country.

PLease dont worry about personally identifiable information as India has massive population and one locality has over 100,000 people.

Please let me know (deconsider the fact that google might delist me), how can my geolocation program return the locality and city in the Map
