    Missing checkboxes to delete test orders

    Can one of developers please answer me the question how to do that:

    I want to delete all test and failed order. So one developer adviced doing this:

    Unhook 'appthemes_order_table_hide_elements' from 'admin_print_styles' using 'remove_action' and you're Move To Trash/Delete Permanently buttons will return.
    The problem is that no checkboxes appear to delete anything. The regular wordpress elements are back. But without checkboxes there's no posssibility to delete anything.

    I asked this question already in classipress forum - but it seems nobody (developers included) is able to answer this question.
