No register form and no submit resume form ( installed jobroller 1.6.4 and dev)

Oh this takes long time to install it.

I have installed it and I can't find "create an account" part and there is no "submit my resume" button. Can you please give me the link or document to fix it?
I have read several posts talking about this issue. so I have installed 1.6.4 and 1.6.5-beta-1. but it doesn't fix at all.

I want to create a job seeker account and try to post a resume. but It doesn't let me create an account (job seeker)

And I have changed my user type as a Jobseeker. but It still shows jobs on my dashboard. my usertype is a jobseeker. then It should displaying my posted resumes and stared Jobs.

Problems
1. No Create account part
2. No submit my resume button
3. Wrong dashboard as a jobseeker and an employer.

Please let me know how I can fix them.
