    Private Resumes Not Private

    Hi, I am still in editing and testing mode (site is not open for business yet). I created a job seeker account and posted a resume and left it in "private" status. And I created an employer account, posted a job and enabled it to be able to view resumes. But my employer account is able to view the resume of the job seeker account, even though it's in private status. I am sure I am overlooking some simple setting but I can't seem to find it.
