Question about job packs
I have created job plans for a jobroller site.
When the customer chooses a plan of 2 or more jobs they are sent to PayPal to pay for the job plan after creating the first job. The first job is then published, after payment.
After paying and being sent back to the site and another job is created they are asked to pay again. The job goes into draft and the customer contacts us asking why they must pay again after already paying for a 2 plan job?
You can see what confusion this can cause. Any suggestions on this?
