Removing Plan Issues

I ran a promotional plan for the month of January. Now that has expired and I removed the plan. This appears to have effected all of the employers that purchased the plan. They lost the jobs they paid for. I had to republish the promotional plan to recover the jobs they paid for.

Please tell me what the proper procedure is for offering a promotional job plan and removing it at the end of the promotional period without effecting the jobs users have paid for.
