    Restrict Job Listers

    Hello,

    My client is the only user besides myself that he wants the ability to list jobs or become a "job lister". Is there any way to restrict the ability to become a "Job lister" to only the admin's (users with admin priviledges)?

    We are receiving random scammers trying to list jobs of course. I have new jobs set to "needs admin approval" before they would ever go on the site. But it would be lovely if those job listers could not even create an account.
