    Show "Submit your Data" button in instead of "Submit a Job"

    Hello:

    We need show "Submit your Data" button in instead of "Submit a Job". I mean, we need foucs web in people seeking jobs, not offering. We think this could be a widget, but theres no one to do that. Could you please give some help about?
