    View Resumes After only Posting an ad

    How do I get the employer to view resumes AFTER they post an ad RATHER then be able to view resumes for just registering/signing in? FREE resume viewing is ONLY for advertisers/companies that POST an ad. I have added a "view resume" to the dashboard of employers but I don't want it available unless an ad is bought..thanks
