Want the site to behave more like a consulting site vs a job board
I would like my site to behave more like a consulting site vs a job board (general statement). Here Job Seekers/ Consultants will provide services on an hourly rate to employers. The web site will screen Job Seekers and make the connections between Employers and Job Seekers. On an individual consulting job basis, the web site will charge the employer and pay the Job Seeker for services, charging a nominal % for the service. I know this is a lot but are there some basic settings that get me most of the way to this with JobRoller?
Requirements:
Only logged-in members can see resumes or jobs
Anyone can see blogs, forums , about us pages and other configured pages
Job Seekers:
- Can register and post a resume.
- There is no charge to post a resume
- There is no contact information or person’s name visible on the resume.
- Resume must be validated by administrator before it is visible
- Resumes are only visible to administrators and employers, not other job seekers
- Job Seekers can see job postings by employers, with no contact info for employer visible
- Job Seekers need to contact administrator if they are interested in a job
Employers:
- Can register for free
- Can post jobs for free
- Job Posting must be validated by administrator before it is visible
- Can see resumes posted, with no contact details
- To make contact with a Job Seeker, Employers must contact Administrator
