    Assigned to tip

    I have a dilemma with the Assigned to: field. Right now my users are logging in with their employee # and they change their display name to their First/Last.

    However the assigned to field doesn't work well because when you are assigning the field nobody remembers someone's employee #.

    What do you think is the best way to handle this situation so that we don't have issues going forward?
